VIVID’s vision is “more homes, bright futures” and at the heart of this is helping customers improve their wellbeing and life chances. Formed in 2017 following a merger, VIVID is a leading provider of affordable homes, providing services and support to 72,000 customers in the South. VIVID has 32,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex and an ambitious target to build 17,000 homes over the next 10 years.

VIVID’s mission would be impossible if it wasn’t for the great people working within the organisation. Whether involved in the maintenance and repairs of customers’ homes, supporting customers directly or supporting those who do, all members of staff have an important role to play. As well as providing a place its customers can call home, VIVID helps create opportunities for people to improve their lives and communities too.
