As a Multi-Utility connections provider to residential housebuilders, TriConnex, is committed to ‘Building Bright Futures’.

That applies to both the residents that will ultimately live in the houses it connects to essential utilities and fibre broadband, as well as its employees and the communities around them.

The firm gives every staff member the opportunity to volunteer, with up to five paid days of leave allocated to undertake community work. The company has its own charity, Nexus Community Trust, which exists to bring people together to give back to those in need.

Back in 2010, TriConnex started with just a handful of people. Now, it has grown to a team of over 200 staff operating out of offices in Braintree, Bristol, and Leicester covering the Southeast, Southwest, and Midlands.

The company puts this success down to its employees and their commitment to living the TriConnex values each day. In return, it offers a people-first working environment with a focus on wellbeing, personal development programmes, and a flexible work/life balance.

There’s a big focus on keeping colleagues connected, and the firm has developed several working practices to improve communication. These include a monthly message from the Managing Director, weekly team meetings and briefing sessions, and regular ‘lunch and learn’ events.
