Formed in South-East London just over a decade ago, The Pedder Group is a family owned and run estate agency and property services company.
The organisation believes in providing opportunities for its employees to develop while they are with the business. All employees are provided with ARLA and NAEA training, and they also have the opportunity to gain further qualifications that are paid for and supported by the organisation. These qualifications include RICS, CeMAP, and Propertymark (with the organisation encouraging use of membership resources for ongoing CPD).
The Pedder Group also runs an internal training scheme which comes in both group and one-on-one formats based on specific requirements for the quarter or on individual development.
