Its fintech platform manages assets in excess of £25 billion, enabling its clients to automate complex critical processing, servicing, and administration of loans, as well as investments and insurance, deliver competitive advantage and enabling scalable growth.
Alongside loan and investment servicing and software solutions, Target Group leverages deep domain expertise to advise on process improvement, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. Target systems currently process over 19 million accounts and collect £3billion of direct debit payments each year on behalf of both private and public sector clients.
As a workplace in the financial sector, Target Group has had an insight into the effects of the cost of living crisis on the public. It recognises that the cost of living crisis can and will impact colleagues differently. This has driven the organisation to ensure that its employees have access to the financial support that they may need if they find themselves in financial hardship.
Target Group has launched an emergency fund programme to support its employees in the event that they need it. Since the programme’s launch, the organisation has spent over £15,000 in support of more than 25 employees with anything from unplanned car repairs to emergency food shopping and unexpected bills.
