St Michael’s Hospice is an independent charity that exists to help and support patients and their families living with a terminal illness.
The organisation provides a full range of services to support people at the end of their life and their loved ones. This includes inpatient care, support at home, bereavement care and, education to other professionals involved in end of life care.
As well as taking care of it patients, St Michael’s Hospice also prides itself on taking care of its employees.
The organisation has an open Wellbeing Strategy that includes one-to-ones with managers where employees are encourage to speak about any concerns or issues that they may have.
