The nominations run from 1st of the month to the 30/31st of the month. All nominations are reviewed by the leadership team. The winner receives £200 plus automatic entry into 'Employee of the Year.' At the end of the year the nominations are reviewed and the Employee of the Year wins £1000.00. The organisation have also introduced 'Call Listening' awards where staff are given time off work. An employee 'star jar' has been introduced which is given to an employee by another employee in recognition of their contribution.
