The 'We Care' initiative offers free round-the-clock health advice for employees and their families, including mental health support, life event counselling, and a get fit programme.

The company also launched a Salary Finance scheme and a Benevolent Fund to support colleagues experiencing financial hardship during the pandemic. Furthermore, to promote self-care, monthly virtual Bitesize wellness training sessions are conducted.

Additionally, the 'Introduction to Management' development programme equips all managers with the necessary HR knowledge and provides guidance on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
