Price Bailey was founded in 1938 with one office in Bishop's Stortford and a sole partner. Today it has over 40 partners with locations in London, Oxfordshire, and throughout East Anglia. It also has a strategic international presence as well. Price Bailey continues to grow and most recently it has expanded to include new offices in Peterborough and Oxford, welcoming 4 new partners and 40 new people to the team.
As part of the ongoing growth, Price Bailey is also investing in its infrastructure and facilities, creating working environments that provide opportunities to meet, collaborate and come together. The newly refurbished Cambridge office even includes a library, for those who may prefer a more quiet space to work, aiming to accommodate the needs and working preferences of each person.
That's not to say Price Bailey's senior leaders take life too seriously. Some can be found with their heads and hands in stocks on charity days, facing a barrage of wet sponges! The firm partners with a different charity each year, with funds matched by Price Bailey up to a maximum of £50,000. These funds are distributed between its charity of the year and other local worthwhile causes.
Wellbeing and Mental Health ambassadors volunteer their time to help individuals who may need urgent or impartial support and signposting. All ambassadors are trained via Mental Health First Aid for England and are part of a working group to discuss key issues, ensuring that wellbeing is at the forefront within Price Bailey.
