Oxford Royale Academy was founded over 15 years ago. They are one of the UK's leading providers of international summer schools and year-round university preparation programmes. Every year, thousands of students join them from all around the world, seizing the rare opportunity to experience the magic of life as a student in some of the most inspiring universities in the world: Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, St Andrews, and Yale in the USA. Their mission is to add value to the educational and cultural experiences of students and to inspire them to achieve future greatness in their studies and careers. They have grown from 23 students in one Oxford college to hosting 4500 students over 15 venues each summer. Their student body is represented by over 170 nationalities, giving staff members the opportunity to work with a diverse and international group of children, teenagers and adults. Their head office is based in Yarnton Manor in Oxford, a Jacobean Grade 2* listed manor house with over 50 acres of gardens and fields. This presents a rare opportunity to work in a beautiful surrounding in nature and space for physical exercise and fitness classes that the company offers to all employees for free. Oxford Royale understandably love to celebrate their success. They hold regular mini celebrations with cakes and champagne when they hit certain milestones, for example enrolments of 1000 students, 2000 students, 3000 students, 4000 students. These celebrations keep morale high and are great opportunities for employees to take a break and get away from their desks.
