A new and exciting people strategy is the heart of their culture, to support training and personal development, and to deliver on their vision and values.

Their wellbeing team devise and co-ordinate wellbeing-related activities, including regular ‘Pot-luck lunches’, where employees are invited to bring a dish and drop in for a social lunch, and mental health awareness days, which involve interactive games and wellness pledges. Clubs run regularly, covering everything from table tennis and badminton, to yoga, boxercise and Spanish lessons. LGBT awareness training sessions, provided by an external trainer, are open to all staff.
