We work with charities to raise awareness and funds, as well as offering pro bono services, advice and facilities."

Based in Edinburgh and Glasgow, the firm is one of the independent top ten Scottish law firms. It helps nurture tomorrow's legal and business expertise by lecturing and mentoring in educational institutions.

Staff provide pro bono services to 43 organisations, including CBI Scotland, Age Scotland and Enable, a Scottish charity for those with learning disabilities, the WS Society, Flexibility Works, Edinburgh universities, Edinburgh Foundation for Women in Law and the Law Society of Scotland.

Morton Fraser works across four areas: business, commercial real estate, the public sector and individuals and families, advising clients in Britain and internationally. It believes that, to see the bigger picture and to represent its diverse clients, it needs a wide range of opinions and outlooks within the firm. Its recruits encompass a mixture of backgrounds, religions, sexualities and ethnicities.

The firm represents some of the largest private-, public- and third-sector organisations in the country, including central and local government and charities, among them drinks company Diageo, footwear seller Schuh, online flight portal Skyscanner, Scottish Wildlife Trust, Orkney Islands Council, Scottish Gymnastics and Royal Bank of Scotland.
