Lifeplus Europe creates nutritional supplements and provides both wellbeing advice and the opportunity for associates to run their own business.
Based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, it is a referral marketing company in supplements and organic skincare. It started in 1992 when a group of people who cared about health and lifestyle came together to help others. Today the organisation inspires customers to lead healthier and happier lives by helping them improve their habits.

Last year's pandemic presented the company with many challenges. One it had not foreseen was the reluctance of some colleagues to use Zoom, which quickly became a key communication tool and occasional quiz platform. It responded by running training courses that showed people how to overcome their nerves on Zoom: playing with a whiteboard, using annotation, polls, funny filters and virtual backgrounds. Having a laugh helped people to overcome the anxiety of lockdown hair - and also made sure colleagues could use what had become their primary interfacing tool to its fullest extent.
