The cards are an integral part of a peer-to-peer recognition scheme at the Cheshire-based company.

Through the scheme, employees give a Culture Card to someone else in the business for going above and beyond. Recipients are entered into a monthly draw where they have the chance to win prizes ranging from a lie-in to an extra day’s holiday.

This is just one example of an initiative launched by Leap29 to ensure its employees feel valued, engaged, and are receiving the support they need to succeed.

It credits its success over the years to the dedication, determination, and hard work of its people, and so is passionate about investing heavily to ensure it’s a great place to work.
