Inside Marketing are a marketing agency with a primary purpose to help technology companies grow quickly by identifying and generating sales and marketing opportunities with their target market. They do this globally in over 15 languages, using multiple approaches and channels to engage and influence decision makers and key influencers. When setting their ambition a decade ago to 'Be the market leader in lead generation for technology companies, through telemarketing, social and email channels', the marketing agency created a set of core principles that has helped to structure and shape all that their employees do. Inside Marketing have four core principles in total: Passion; Attitude; Commitment; and Energy (PACE). To keep these principles at the forefront of team members minds, Inside Marketing created a monthly 'PACE' award which is voted for by Employees anonymously. This is an opportunity for the team to reflect on their ambitions and principles and vote for the person that they think best reflects this. On top of this, their 'Culture Club' ensure that the activities of the business, in a social setting, reflect the ethos of the company.
