Incite Marketing Planning are a stategic marketing consultancy firm that specialise in unearthing insights about consumers, brands and businesses that help businesses create real, lasting change. They work with a range of blue-chip organisations in FMCG, technology, financial services and healthcare. The organisation were formed at the very start of the 21st Century and over time have grown to a team of over 100 dedicated team members. Mental wellbeing has been a big focus for Incite recently. They have invited an organisational mental health consultant in to educate all members of the team on mental health in themselves and others. They had a goal-setting session with an executive coach, where employees were encouraged to think about their goals and aspirations and create a plan to achieve them in both their personal lives and careers.
