British chocolatier, Hotel Chocolat, believes in making life that little bit sweeter for its employees.

Along with discounts on chocolate, naturally, the company’s benefits package extends to hotel stays in St. Lucia, where it grows its own cacao, along with the chance to dine in its restaurants, including the Rabot in London.
