They are a close-knit family, who work together and play together. Home was founded in a loft by a small group of people who had all worked together previously at other agencies. In order to continue to attract the top talent, Home Marketing attend careers fairs, organise internships with local colleges to give people work experience in the world of marketing and also have a referral scheme in place. Home Marketing ensure that the hard work of their employees does not go unnoticed. They have an annual bonus scheme which is based on the company's performance. As they see everyone as a team, all employees have a share of the bonus scheme, which is payable based on the company hitting certain financial targets, shared equally.
