Tackling climate change is at the heart of Eco2Solar, the UK's largest rooftop solar panel-installation company. The West Midlands-based company's clients include leading housebuilders Barratt Homes, Redrow and Persimmon.
It installs solar PV to new-build homes across the country and works with developers to make the homes of the future more sustainable. Eco2Solar aims to make solar panels standard on every new home, making a difference for future generations by providing sustainable homes to help halt the process of climate change.
The company was started in 2007 by its Chief Executive, Paul Hutchens. He wanted to do something to address the climate crisis. Since then, Eco2Solar has expanded, as the demand for solar energy has increased.
It has offices in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, and Glasgow. Last year, energy provider E.ON bought a 49% stake in the business, bringing its expertise with it.
Eco2Solar prides itself on an inclusive and supportive culture, where progression and engagement is at the forefront.
