Founded in 2010, Dufrain Consultancy was set up to do consultancy differently whilst building a thriving and inclusive culture.
At Dufrain Consultancy, data is its passion and it helps organisations to discover the value and potential in their data. It uses pure play data and analytics delivery consultancy to help empower organisations across different industries in financial services.
Led by CEO Joseph George, a DatalQ top 100 influential leader, the organisation’s highly experienced data consultants deliver comprehensive services, data solutions, and real business outcomes, helping businesses to meet their strategic objectives.
Dufrain Consultancy also believe in empowering its employees. It offers the People Coach Development Programme as well as Udemy courses which are in place to ensure that employees have the opportunity to actively develop their skills. The organisation also plans to enhance their training opportunities and have brought in new external cloud training to further this.
The organisation run an analyst programme which is designed to allow its most junior employees to have a structure and chance to advance. They have to work towards completing a portfolio which includes meeting senior management and attending sales meetings. After a year in the organisation and completing this, they are invited to promotion panels. In terms of wider growth all employees are set SMART objectives and given development opportunities on client sites or in internal programmes to further their experience and skills.

An internal network working together as a People Engagement and Wellbeing Team, run by the organisation’s employees, helps with educating and running events on a range of topics and creating a network where colleagues can support one another. Quarterly socials and regular lunch and learn sessions helps bring teams together and drive employee engagement.

Communication is at the heart of what Dufrain Consulting does. Quarterly CEO calls with all employees to discuss its sales, financial, and other business updates. Furthermore, it has regular people updates to discuss the progress of the organisation’s goals and how it support its employees. Leadership also record regular videos on progress for all employees.
My organisation encourages charitable activities
The organisation has attended and supported Cash for Kids and local foodbanks. Recently Dufrain Consulting started producing branded merchandise where it purchased t-shirts and hoodies at a higher cost, sold them to employees for a discounted rate, and gave the full amount to charity. Through this approach, the organisation raised over £1000 for three charities.
