Digital Mobile Spectrum Limited (DMSL), a joint venture of renowned UK mobile network operators including EE, Virgin Media O2, Three and Vodafone, was established in 2012. The company's vision is to provide a disruption-free digital life for people across the UK, connecting them to communications and media networks. DMSL specialises in seamlessly delivering multifaceted programmes involving multiple public and private stakeholders, offering expertise in radio modelling, customer experience, and TV coverage planning.

Employee engagement is a key component of DMSL's operations. It has implemented an outcome-led Balanced Scorecard to track team achievements and align them with the company's vision. Its employee journey has six stages, with a dedicated employee think tank reviewing all people practices. The appraisal process ensures everyone's personal objectives contribute to the company's goals.

DMSL's core values of Collaboration, Integrity, Respect, Commitment, and Leadership (CIRCLE), created by the employees themselves, are integral to the company's recruitment process and success. It has a bonus framework with an 'above and beyond' element focusing on employees' contribution to the DMSL culture.

In ensuring a comprehensive induction, DMSL assigns each new employee a buddy. The company uses Slack for various social channels, fostering interaction among the team. They use Donut to create informal moments throughout the year and host weekly stand ups to facilitate team communication. Additionally, team days are held quarterly to explore the organisation’s vision and values and discuss future opportunities.
