Founded more than 150 years ago, Creaseys is an accountancy firm driven by its vision of 'Happy Team + Happy Clients = A Great Business'. Nominations are shared in Creasey’s weekly ‘team huddle’ so that everyone in the business can hear stories of how other team members deliver quality work and embrace the values.
One new initiative borne out of the culture of open and honest team feedback is that they’ve scraped the traditional appraisal and instead each Team Member is now invited to create their own Individual Big Picture Plan (IBPP). This is an interactive document which encourages Team Members to think about work objectives, but contextualised by their wider ambitions, their big life questions, hopes and dreams. The People Team provide support so every Team Member has a chance to own their outcomes and live their own definition of success
