Established in 2008, Clearcast are owned by broadcasters and are the central body for audio-visual advertising and working with agencies and advertisers to simplify the process of getting ads to air. Each year, a staff of 56 clear more than 65,000 ads for broadcast. Clearcast's core principles were shaped with all the employees at a staff away day. As a result, the team have ownership and are more engaged with the principle of having company values. These values are included in job descriptions and staff are rated against them in 360-degree feedback questionnaires. The company have identified ways to work more consistently in response to feedback, identified and fixed a problematic computer system, reviewed and embarked on a process to improve our inductions and more. Engagement overall has risen as a result of a number of factors, including investing in better facilities for staff, increasing active social committee and open and honest communication by the leadership of the company.
