Beyond are a design company which build new products and services, while identifying growth opportunities. The primary purpose at Beyond is 'The exclusive pursuit of creating better products and services for humanity'. In order to work towards this, there are four core principles which employees always work towards; Be inspired, Be supportive, Be smart, Be brave. Beyond take pride in all of their people and work hard to foster a supportive and appreciative environment. This is encouraged in many individual ways but they realise some exceptional effort deserves more than a shout out in a weekly office meeting. By creating an 'excellence award', the organisation are able to highlight employees who did such a good job that it remains valuable to teams and the company months later. Additionally, the cross-office trip awards serve to better connect the global company, giving recipients and the offices they visit the chance to build a stronger professional community. Beyond are also committed to giving back to the local and wider community. They have an initiative called 'Beyond Good' in place where the organisation supports employees in giving back to charities through time and through raising money. Recently they have done this for International Women's Day, and have donated £10,000 to women's charities.
