The firm, which provides loans to SMEs and property developers, says it's powered by a team of passionate employees that truly care about its lenders, borrowers, and each other.  

With more than 40,000 registered private and institutional investors and lending around £1.5 billion to small and medium sized businesses since 2013, the firm credits its people with its success. From Developers to Relationship Directors, it’s made of a diverse bunch of employees and roles but says that everyone plays a part in providing a fairer way to do finance.
