ARAG UK was founded in 2006 with a simple yet revolutionary vision: Every individual should be able to assert his or her rights, not just those who can afford it.

The organisation is committed to supporting the professional development and personal growth of its people, including qualifications from The Chartered Insurance Institute and The Institute of Leadership.

It also has highly committed charity and wellbeing teams, comprising staff from across the company, along with Mental Health First Aid training for all managers. ARAG ensures its employees have a chance to socialise outside of the workplace by holding quarterly staff social events; from escape rooms to cocktail making and cheese & wine tasting.
