The company scoops up awards regularly and this year it won the Personal Lines Broker Broker of the Year and Customer Service titles at the Broker Innovation Awards.

Rewarding staff and recognising their hard work is important to Allclear. It offers a monthly Shining Star award that allows staff to nominate colleagues who demonstrate one of the company's values. They are "outstanding", to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptionally high standard, "inspiring", meaning that employees care about the performance of their colleagues, and "innovative", which encourages staff to be open to new ideas.

The Shining Star winner is announced at a monthly award ceremony, where all those who have been nominated are also recognised. The award is presented by Chief Executive, Chris Rolland, and the event brings the whole company together.
