The organisation’s commitment to excellence in animal care is evident through its continuous investment in state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including veterinary hospitals in Surrey, Cheshire and South Wales.

The organisation boasts a dedicated wellbeing group comprising colleagues from practices and the support office. This group fosters mental and physical wellbeing by promoting understanding and use of Health Assured's EAP line, providing access to counselling sessions, and distributing a monthly wellbeing newsletter. The organisation also offers a Thrive app to help employees track their wellbeing and has partnered with an external provider to run Mental Health Champions courses.
