Verdant Leisure operate holiday parks across England and Scotland, providing both self-catering lodge and caravan holidays, and holiday-home ownership opportunities. Starting with just two parks on the east coast of Scotland, the organisation now runs 14 parks across Scotland, Northern England, and North Devon, and with further ambition to expand. The organisation is committed to offering customers a consistently excellent service, creating holiday memories they will cherish.

The organisation has partnered with Mental Health England to provide accredited Mental health First Aid training. At least one person at each park is now fully qualified and will act as a mental health champion for their colleagues. Each Mental Health First Aider is trained in spotting the signs of a range of mental health issues and they are skilled in helping guide a person to appropriate support. Team members can reach out to any of the Mental Health First Aiders at any time.

Verdant Leisure managers have an open door policy and their culture encourages managers to talk directly with the Directors if they have any concerns. The organisation continues to train Mental Health First Aiders across every location.
