Two Circles are a sports management agency helping sports organisations across the world gain a better understanding of their audiences through data, helping them put the customer first to increase engagement and drive commercial growth. Founded in September 2011, with just three employees, the team is now made up of people from all around the globe with a range of backgrounds and expertise. They have worked on many exciting projects with a variety of clients, including professional sports clubs, governing bodies, leagues, federations, charities, events, bidding cities and sports media networks. This year, they were named BT Sport Industry Agency of the Year. Chief Executive Officer Gareth Balch said: “This award gives us even more wind in our sails as we enter a new phase in the growth of our company.” Their headquarters are in London, but Two Circles also has offices in Switzerland and North America.
