The Breakfast Club are a welcoming group of family-run cafes and bars, run on the principle of helping guests and staff alike to feel both relaxed and part of a purposefully good social movement. Starting with the launch of a small cafe called Save Ferris back in 2005, they have grown into a successful chain in the years since then, with all of their sites dedicated to providing diners with great food and drinks, and decor that creates a comfortable and homely environment for everyone present. Working by the motto ‘Today is Going to Be a Good Day', the company looks to provide top-notch service and inclusively help develop and build the careers of their staff, while committing to ethical sourcing and sustainable business practices. These principles have helped The Breakfast Club to receive a whole host of awards in recent years, reaffirming their founding commitment to ‘doing well by doing good'.
My team is fun to work with
The company holds a Summer Sports Day for all staff, during which all sites are closed to allow every team member to attend. An annual 'Los Cincos' trip is offered for all employees who have been with the business for five or more years, as well as a yearly trip away for the managers.

I believe I can make a valuable contribution to the success of this organisation
The Breakfast Club are members of the Sustainable Restaurant Association and have a written ethical sourcing policy for suppliers. They recycle as much as they can and also work with a number of charities, often chosen by staff, to support them via volunteering efforts.
