Prime People is a recruitment consultancy proving that a small company can still go big on employee benefits.

Headquartered in London, with a second UK office in Manchester, Prime People is a group of specialist recruitment businesses operating globally.

It specialises in the real estate, energy, environmental, technology, digital, construction, and engineering sectors.

The consultancy aims to build nurturing, long-term relationships with clients. And this also holds true with its employees. The consultancy values a work-life balance, and staff are encouraged to work flexibly and holiday flexibly too.

Everyone gets an extra day off for their birthday, and a Christmas hamper scheme is a chance to win even more leave days. And the longer staff spend at the company, the more generous their allowance becomes.

At certain job levels, people can take a paid month's sabbatical after five years of service. And if the day-to-day is getting a bit too much, staff can enjoy an early finish on Friday or even take an emergency duvet day.

Prime People staff know they're paid equitably, with strict and transparent job bandings across the business. Performance-related pay means all recruitment consultants have the same opportunities to earn uncapped commissions.

Commission or promotion aren't the only ways to boost income at Prime People. It incentivises employees to always be on the lookout for new recruits.

If somebody they've recommended gets taken on, they'll get £1000 on their start date, another £1000 when they pass their probation, and a final £1000 on the first promotion.
