Over 12 months, employees at Phoebus Software raised over £10,000 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Funds were raised through quarterly raffles, a Grand National sweepstake, and by employees completing the Wolf Run and climbing Snowdon.
The organisation has also formed a Green Team that is responsible for ensuring that Phoebus Software is a carbon neutral workplace. Initiatives to support this include: recycling 80% of all waste, printing limits, office energy saving, cycle to work schemes, car sharing, reusable coffee cups, and more.
