Performance in People work with some of the world's leading brands within the automotive, retail, financial and hospitality sectors to improve customer experience and sales performance. They have established themselves as one of the UK's largest suppliers of mystery shopping, audits, customer research, training, coaching and service standards development. The Company started in 2000, with three staff members and one mystery shopper. They initially had only one product to sell, now that's over ten, due to their continuous improvement approach. Performance in People actively encourage internal promotion. The management team have all been promoted into their positions. Due to their culture and high retention rates, Performance in People is like a family, they pride themselves upon having a brilliant internal support network for any problem they may face, be that in a work or personal context.
