‘Exceptional Service as a Standard’ (ESaaS) is what IT-managed services and consultancy provider Node4 offers both its customers and employees.
The Derby-based business – which provides everything from IT security and hardware to cloud migration and collaboration tools across charity, retail and other industries – sees its ESaaS culture as ‘the beating heart’ of everything it does.
