Nicholas Associates Group offers recruitment services for vertical markets, providing talent management solutions from Apprentice to Boardroom.

Operating nationally with more than 45 years of experience, Nicholas Associates Group specialise in the recruitment of talent in the large labour market for food manufacturing, for SMEs through to blue chip global brands, within the industrial sector.

Working within recruitment means that Nicholas Associated Group recognises that people are an organisation’s greatest asset, and that they want the organisation they work for to be caring and inclusive. In understanding this, Nicholas Associated Group has taken steps to provide an exemplary workplace for its employees.

In 2022, all employees earning below £40,000 per annum were given a salary increase in order to support those most affected by the cost of living crisis. Similarly, the organisation increased employee holiday entitlement and sick-pay benefits to ensure a greater work-life balance.

Employees are also provided with support, rewards, development plans, and a unique induction process to further enhance their workplace experience.

A three-day residential induction programme is only the start of the development journey; weekly team meetings, monthly one-to-ones and a clear development pathway ensures that support is available whenever needed.

The organisation promotes a high-trust, inclusive workplace where directors sit in open plan offices to build relationships, and the employee forum is an effective communication tool to promote feedback and give suggestions at the monthly ‘Ask the Directors’ sessions.
