New World Trading Company (NWTC) is made up of seven restaurant brands serving a whole host of clients from all walks of life. NWTC is constantly breaking the mould on what it means to be a pub, bar or restaurant in the modern world of hospitality. Constantly questioning, continuously exploring and forever challenging what it means to provide impeccable service and unrivalled experiences. NWTC has come a long way in a few short years, with 26 sites, eight brands and a team of around 1500 people who work together to challenge the status quo. This links directly into the first part of their ethos 'to find and develop like-minded people', which they will continue to do as their culture, company and personality grows with each new member of staff.

My organisation encourages charitable activities
With many development programs in place, one of the more unique offerings is the Educational Subsidies benefit. Through this benefit, they will pay for employees to do courses such as MBSR (Mindfulness-based stress reduction) and have even paid for a horticultural course.
My work is an important part of my life
NWTC offer incentives throughout the year to all teams. Anyone who gets mentioned on TripAdvisor will get a free bottle of wine. They have also ran spend per head incentives where the person in site with the highest spend per head each week will receive a £50 voucher.
