Naim Audio are an audio manufacturer. Every product is conceived, designed and engineered entirely in service of the sound, to create a pure experience of music. Naim Audio's founder Julian Vereker MBE was an entrepreneur with a deep passion for music but was frustrated with his system's sound quality. He began to design his own equipment, focusing on aspects that made music burst into life. After winning a contract with Capital Radio, Naim Audio was born in 1973. Their iconic, award-winning hi-fi products reached well into the next century. Today, Naim Audio is still based in Salisbury but has 157 employees under Managing Director Dr Trevor Wilson and generates revenue of £27m. The firm believes that exploration of sound is an adventure that rewards listeners with a clarity and connection that becomes more powerful the deeper you travel within it. Every element within their systems is built to create a silence around the sound.
