Mademoiselle Desserts is a multi-site bakery providing quality cakes and desserts. The business has grown over the years, and now has three sites in the UK along with sites in France and the Netherlands. The Mademoiselle Desserts management team are inspiring and really try and get involved in the day-to-day running of the business, not only leading from the front, but also providing employees with an opportunity to speak openly with them on regular occasions. Having come together from three separate businesses, Mademoiselle Desserts is growing as a group and sites learn from each other.

The Leadership team at Mademoiselle Desserts also provides consistent updates through all staff team briefings, and regular comms via the organisation’s HR Portal, TV screens, road shows, group meetings, and small team feedback sessions.
