IC24 is a pioneering not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality integrated urgent care. Founded in the early 1990s, IC24 has grown from a modest GP cooperative to a robust social enterprise serving over six million individuals. With a firm commitment to enhancing the NHS family, IC24 reinvests its surplus directly back into its people and patients.

IC24's commitment to its employees is unparalleled. They have a robust wellbeing strategy in place, underpinned by a three-year plan, a dedicated wellbeing group, and a specially designed wellbeing brand for all corporate communications. The organisation has also introduced a Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) service to support its people after challenging calls and promotes a culture of open discussion about mental health.

The firm hosts monthly team briefings and weekly email bulletins to keep employees informed and celebrate their successes. To recognise and reward the efforts of its employees, IC24 has introduced a Recognition and Reward platform, Heartbeat, and monthly recognition awards. The company also provides a diverse range of development opportunities and has a clear career roadmap to guide employees' career progression.

IC24 takes pride in its engagement with the community. For instance, in an event inspired by Captain Sir Tom Moore, IC24 colleagues collectively walked over 2,200 miles, raising £1,756 for NHS Charities Together. The Ipswich contact centre team has also raised £3,300 for the East Anglia Children's Hospice through various fundraising events.
