In conjunction with an external organisation, Tonic, it offers reward days and pamper sessions; sessions on topics such as mental health, stress, sleep, self-care, mindful movement, meditation; a stress risk assessment; blood sugar and cholesterol tests, and other health checks.
The organisation also provides mental health training and has over 20 qualified Mental Health First Aiders. It also provides free health and dental care to all employees. Furthermore, HSO provides all employees with access to Carefirst, a confidential support service that offers advice and counselling on a range of work, family, and personal issues. All questions are read out and answered by the MDs every two weeks to maintain transparency and openly share concerns that other employees may also have.

It uses the LMS to stay abreast of new enhancements to technologies, soft skills and industry updates. The LMS gives employees the flexibility to be able to learn on the go by accessing it on their desktops or mobiles.
