The business is led by Chief Executive Officer Ben Hood, who engages with employees through several channels, such as the internal app ENGAGE, where he regularly posts updates. He also records report videos and leads face-to-face company updates, but is equally happy engaging on a more informal level by hot desking in the office.

The highlight of Fourth's year has been the Achieve More workshops, which got everybody talking about the company's values, purpose and customers. Since then, interdepartmental communication has increased, as well as the number of employee-led projects.
