Flair Rugs, a family-owned business started in 1984 by Dinesh Shah, is now a multi-million-pound global company led by Dinesh's son, Neel. With teams in the UK and India, Flair Rugs shares its expertise and passion for rug-making across the globe. The company's core values are family, honour, exceeding expectations, ownership, and continuous improvement, which are incorporated in every employee's roles.

Flair Rugs has a strong focus on employee wellbeing. It has several mental health first aiders and a dedicated wellbeing team, which promotes both physical and mental wellbeing initiatives, including walking meetings and the use of outdoor spaces. The company provides free healthy breakfasts and fruit in their canteen and encourages its employees to engage in social events and team outings.
