Farncombe Estate Holdings are a family owned 400 acre estate in the Cotswolds. They have been owned by the same family for over 40 years but it was decided to transform the estate into a “hospitality hotspot” with a difference in 2013. The organisation offer great career progression and development, be that a H&S course or an apprenticeship within their chosen field.
