Established in 2021, Evolito was set up with a view to creating a sustainable future for aviation through the commercialisation of the proprietary next-generation electric motor technology.
Rapidly scaling, Evolito now has over 180 employees, and to support this growth, the organisation has moved to a brand-new facility in Oxfordshire, which includes engineering labs, custom test and validation facilities, with the manufacturing capacity for up to circa 20,000 units-per-annum.

Evolito runs a fitness challenge where departments compete against each other, with the winners receiving Nike vouchers. Many employees participate, with people walking at the weekend to add to their team's success. The organisation invited a bike doctor onsite and employees were able to bring up to two bikes each for a free service.

It also has a company pet Tortoise, Donna. Employees share responsibility caring for her at work and taking her home at the weekend.
