Established in 2021, Evolito was set up with a view to creating a sustainable future for aviation through the commercialisation of the proprietary next-generation electric motor technology.

Rapidly scaling, Evolito now has over 180 employees, and to support this growth, the organisation has moved to a brand-new facility in Oxfordshire, which includes engineering labs, custom test and validation facilities, with the manufacturing capacity for up to circa 20,000 units-per-annum.

The organisation focuses on employee growth and development, cultivating a culture focused on innovation. Evolito empowers its employees to make significant contributions, design bespoke customer solutions, and solve engineering challenges to enable the emerging electrification market.

To support its employees in this, the organisation takes an active role in offering and encouraging career development by creating bespoke professional development plans that help employees to reach their goals.

The organisation sets the tone of growth from an employee's first day by greeting them enthusiastically, introducing them to colleagues, and assigning them a mentor to help them settle into the Company and their team, making them feel valued and welcome from the very beginning.

Areas of development are discussed in one-to-one meetings to establish areas of growth. Evolito supports employees by sponsoring studies and allowing dedicated study leave to prepare and complete exams.

Managers at Evolito also provide positive feedback. During annual reviews, managers don’t just focus on how an employee can improve or do better, they also ensure that employees hear about the things they do right and on a regular basis.
