Ella's Kitchen produces baby food with simple, natural ingredients and packaging that connects with little ones. Their flavours, colours, textures and names appeal to all of their senses. The organisation was founded by Paul Lindley because he passionately believed that his daughter, Ella, along with her generation, should have the opportunity to eat better food and also discover healthy food can be fun, tasty and cool. He also wanted to ensure that the business was just as family orientated and fun on the inside as it was on the outside. Today, over a decade later, Ella's Kitchen have over 70 employees all working together to provide high quality baby food. Ella's Kitchen endeavour to continue to create an environment where every employee feels nurtured, respected and has the opportunity to contribute to their mission, vision and dream. Employees live and breathe the organisations values on a day to day basis, whether that be in the barns, talking to suppliers and manufacturers or meeting potential new starters through the recruitment process. In total, Ella's Kitchen have five core principles to which employees follow on a daily basis: Childlike; Good to Each Other; Thinking Differently; Want to Win; and Business Minded. There is a firm belief that by following these core principles, they will reach their dream 'To be the natural choice for 4 months to 7 year old children and their families, our team and our partners'.
