The fast-growing enterprise employs more than 50 people at its headquarters in Nottingham and offices in London, Birmingham and Sheffield. Following the death of colleague Gemma Petrie in 2018 from cancer, EDGE established an annual charity challenge in her name and has introduced the twice yearly Gemma Petrie Core Values Award to recognise those going the extra mile to demonstrate the company's values: Excellence, Dedication, Genuineness, Effective
