Edenhouse Solutions are a software consultancy firm that provide clients with SAP software. Edenhouse was formed when the original founding members worked together. When half of their team were being off shored, they decided to form Edenhouse to stop these people being made redundant. This is why Edenhouse pride themselves with using experienced consultants based in the UK (for UK Clients). They make sure that everything that they produce is of a consistently high quality so that their customers and employees can be proud of their work. Edenhouse has a real family feel with the CEO in the office on a regular basis to ensure employees can have a chat with them about any issues if they see fit. They offer employees a great work life balance with the flexibility to work from home when needed. Families are just as important as their employees, so every summer they have a mini festival called 'Edenbury', where both employees and their families are invited to enjoy the weekend. The day brings families and employees together to enjoy live music, family games, a variety of food stalls and optional camping. The organisation has recently introduced a 'Limelight Awards scheme', where employees can nominate each other for going above and beyond. Winners receive a £100 cash prize and pride of place in internal comms and on the 'Limelight wall of fame'. An overall winner is selected each quarter to receive a CEO award, and they announce an overall winner for the year at the annual party.

Edenhouse have developed their own, bespoke, Edenhouse mini-MBA programme for managers. This highly engaging and interactive course is delivered over 6 monthly modules. Managers cover a diverse range of topics, from the latest research into management behaviours that have been show to drive team engagement, to effective storytelling and presenting skills, and the psychology of personality traits and motivation to equality, inclusion and diversity.
My organisation encourages charitable activities
Edenhouse developed their own Mental Health Buddy scheme. They put 16 volunteers through an intensive training course so they could provide an effective listening and signposting service for colleagues. Information about Mental Health Buddies is displayed around their sites in a way similar to the information relating to physical first aiders, and is regularly communicated to colleagues via a number of other online channels.
