Day Webster are a healthcare recruitment firm that provide professionals to the NHS and private sectors. The company was founded in 2009 when Daniel Wise was looking for an investor to invest in his healthcare recruitment agency idea. He met Hugh Woods Ballard, who went on to become his investor and Day Webster was born. Since then the company has moved to four different offices and is currently situated in Loughton, Essex. The company has grown from just two to now over 250 employees. The organisations growth has brought in new targets, with their ambition to now be 'the top healthcare recruitment agency within the industry'. To help reach this target, a set of four core principles have been created: Team Work; Professionalism; Innovation; and Passion.
My organisation encourages charitable activities
Every quarter the company holds an Executive Lunch. This lunch will consist of all members of the executive team, including the owners, and eight employees who have been nominated, by employees, and voted for, by the Senior Management Team. These lunches enable employees to enjoy lunch and afternoon with the Executive Team helping building relationships.

Day Webster have recently introduced a wellbeing service which is provided through a qualified mental health nurse. Employees are given the opportunity to use this service confidentially. If the registered nurse feels that the issue the employee is facing is work-related, they will try and encourage the employee to speak to the HR department or ask if they are happy for the nurse to liaise with them directly.
