Caledonia Housing Association, a leading property management firm in Scotland, is committed to making life better through the provision of homes and services. With over 7,000 properties under its management across eight local authority areas, CHA employs 186 dedicated staff members.

The heart of the organisation's employee engagement is its Wellbeing Strategy, encompassing physical, mental, and community wellbeing. A suite of initiatives including mindfulness programmes, resilience training, and mental health awareness training ensures staff are supported in maintaining their mental health. Its commitment extends to providing 20 certified Mental Health First Aiders accessible to all employees.

In promoting physical wellbeing, the organisation offers a £300 Wellbeing Allowance for staff to invest in health support, such as gym memberships or healthcare cashback schemes.

Community wellbeing is fostered through its "Giving Back" initiatives, encouraging staff to volunteer in local communities. The positive impact on staff wellbeing is palpable, and it continues to champion a paid day of volunteering leave for all employees.
