Formed by Richard Buckley, Fiammetta Gray and Matt Yeoman, BuckleyGrayYeoman are an award-winning architecture and design practice based in Shoreditch, London. The practice has experienced consistent growth over the past five years and now employs 70 staff members. Some of their notable clients include Derwent London, Fred Perry and The Crown Estate. With an expanding portfolio of work across a range of sectors including offices, residential, retail, hotels, schools and masterplanning, BuckleyGrayYeoman pride themselves on delivering projects on time and within budget, regardless of the size or complexity of the challenge. The senior management team strongly support the practice's on going partnership with the Architectural Review's Women In Architecture campaign. At almost an even split of male and female employees, retaining their female staff throughout their career is high on BuckleyGrayYeoman's agenda. The company plans quarterly company-wide social events and their most popular is the Christmas party, held at a country hotel. Last year 100 team members headed to Tylney Hall Hotel and Spa, with childcare provided for the evening and goodie bags handed out on the train journey there.
